About the "Fighting Type 2 Diabetes" Project ...

During the month of March, FOX 26 and MyFoxHouston.com will follow the lives of five people currently in a "boot camp" as they try a new diet that claims to make symptoms of Type 2 diabetes disappear.

It's all part of a nutrition-based wellness program under the guidance of Doctor Baxter Montgomery (http://www.hcawellness.com/).

Watch FOX 26 News at Nine for updates on their lives and details of the diet itself. You can also check back to this page throughout the month for online-exclusives, such as the patients' meal plans and diaries.
