HOUSTON - Ali Irsan sons had only this to say as they left the Federal Courthouse in downtown Houston.

One who refused to talk said, "(Isiah) Are you guys upset because your parents are being accused of these crimes? (Irsan) Sir leave can you please leave us alone. "

Their father Ali is the subject of two homicide investigations and a fraud probe.

Irsan is already charged with the 2012 death of 30 year old  Gelareh Bagherzadeh. She was found shot to death in the Galleria area.

Court records also show he's suspected in the murder of Coty Beavers - his daughter's husband also in 2012.

It's the same daughter who turned him in to the government for social security fraud.

That daughter also turned in her step mother and her sister. They were all charged with conspiracy to comit social security fraud. Irsans

John Floyd is Irsan's attorney and he says, "I believe the allegations of the family member comes from a family member who has an ax to grind and all of that's gonna come out in court. "

A federal indictment shows a massive case of fraud committed by Irsan at his three properties in Montgomery County. Allegations like maintaining multiple mail boxes at one home  to collect multiple social security checks.  Tens of thousands of dollars in cash stashed in attics, stacks of credit cards in other people's names and social security benefits for one of his sons who lived in Jordan - their home country.

"We look forward to fighting the allegations in open court, " says Floyd.

While Irsan's wife and daughter were in court he was not. Federal workers say he is undergoing medical care after collapsing after his arrest Thursday. His Attorney says he's 100% innocent when it comes to fraud and murder.
