Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius attended a twitter town hall meeting Thursday night at Texas Southern University to get more young people signed up for the Affordable Health Care act by Monday's deadline.
The White House is turning to social media to get the word out to the group least likely to care about heath insurance, 18 to 34-year-olds.
Sebelius pointed out Texas has more uninsured residents than any other state.
She also took the Lone Star state to task for not expanding medicaid.
"Each and every day the state of Texas is turning down 18 million dollars a day which could come into this state to help pay the cost of uninsured lower income Texans," Sebelius said.
Those who have yet to sign up for Obamacare need to do so before the March 31st deadline or wait until this fall and be penalized.
