UPDATE: Arrest made in Sugar Land business shooting

SUGAR LAND, Texas (FOX 26) -

One of two suspects wanted in connection with a work place shooting in Sugar Land has been arrested in North Texas.

31-year-old Huver Reyes was arrested Monday, March 24th in Denton County.

He was taken into custody by U.S. Marshall's  and charged with the murder of 33-year-old Marlon Alexander Palencia Castaneda. 

Reyes bond has been set at $300,000.

Castaneda died after being shot in the chest on Friday, March 21st just after 9 a.m. while he worked at Gauging Systems Inc. building on Industrial Boulevard near West Airport Boulevard in Sugar Land.

According to surveillance video, Castaneda was seen arguing with two men before the shooting occurred.  Neither of the men were employees at the business.

Reyes, has been identified as one of those two men, the identity of the second suspect is still unknown.
