"Nasty, just nasty," says Shannon Paz, a mother of 2 young children.
The billboard of two scantily clad women promoting Oceans Cabaret is making waves.
"It's too close to the road, maybe if they back it up a little bit and if the kids see that I think it's a big impression on the children," says the concerned parent."
The county says it has received a few complaints but their hands are tied. The sign is on the owner's property and complies with state law and local ordinances. They have talked with the owner, but to no avail.
"It's covered up. If you don't like, you don't have to look," the baffled owner, Dimitrios Manetas tells us. "I want to know why. What did I do wrong? I mean it's a free country."
Some passing motorists agree and say sexual images can be found all around us.
"It's something you have to deal with. It's not going away. You have it on the internet, you have it in the movies," says Daniel Torres, who frequently drives through the area.
With Mardi Gras right around the corner, Manetas has no plans to bring it down. His advice to drivers, "keep your eye on the road."
