ATLANTA, Ga. -

A van crashed through the front of an Atlanta-area motor vehicle registration building early Thursday. Officials tell FOX5 they believe crooks smashed into the building, stealing at least two Automated Teller Machines, and fled in another vehicle.

The office is located at 4125 Welcome All Road, south of Camp Creek Parkway. No injuries were reported. This is near East Point.

A short time later, officers discovered a burning van with ATM machines inside, at 120 Anderson Ave. Officials believe some type of accelerant was used. No arrests have been made.

The crash is under investigation. Authorities hope surveillance video will assist in the case.
