Copperhead gets all the headlines as Innisbrook's featured course, but the nearby Island Course is equally as stunning.
The fairways are tight, it is home to the highest point in Pinellas County, and a handful of spots are fit for a postcard.
Favorite Par-3: The 4th is called "Lone Cypress," and the name says it all. A lone cypress tree grows out of a greenside bunker, demanding precision off the tee.
Favorite Par-4: No. 10 and No. 11 at the Island Course are two of the best back-to-back experiences you will find on a golf course – anywhere. The 10th is rightfully named "Uphill Intimidation," a brutal test that requires length and accuracy. Oh, and your tee shot is over water. Good luck.
Favorite Par-5: When you make it up that hill, you are rewarded with the view from the 11th tee. It is said to be the highest point in Pinellas County, and it is stunning. "Top of the Brook" is a 530-yard par-5 that is straight downhill. Tip: Try to hit a lower trajectory tee shot, using the severe slope to gain an extra 15 to 20 yards.
