Fire displaces homeless veterans in northwest Atlanta

A fire forced 17 veterans from their home in northwest Atlanta on Sunday evening.
Fire ripped through a home on Lanier Street owned by the Veterans Empowerment Organization of Georgia.
The Atlanta Chapter of the Red Cross was there to provide blankets for the displaced residents.
All of the veterans were relocated to other properties owned by the organization.
