Freezing temperatures can cause damage to water pipes. Experts are warning people to be prepared for the low temperatures expected in the next few days.Ben Kendrick of local HVAC company R.S. Andrews said people should make sure hoses are disconnected."If you have insulated covers, put them on tonight," Kendrick said. "It's going to get down to the levels where it's needed.Kendrick also recommends leaving a faucet dripping and opening cabinets if the plumbing is on an exterior wall.
