Decatur passes moratoriums on tree removal

Posted: Updated:

The hot-button issue came before the city with many residents on both sides voicing their concerns before a packed meeting.  With the rebounding housing market, there's no shortage of construction underway in Decatur, but some were concerned that the new McMansions would hurt the unique feel of the city.
