HPD Home invasions

Posted: Updated:

The group hit a home on Anderson in the wee hours of the morning of September 17th...

"Approximately 4:00 this morning 4 black males pushed, forced their way into this trailer. Pistol whipped the father and tied up the mother and ransacked the house. They took money, TV and stole their vehicle." an investigator told Fox 26.

And what the detective didn't say is that they sexually assaulted that woman. Her toddler was there at the time

Police believe this was the second in a string of three attacks by the same group. The first was in the 84-hundred block of Broadway.. The other was October 13th in the 89-hundred block of Broadway. Each time the group forces its way in, steals electronics and sexually assault the women. Police say they are all random attacks.. Children are usually there.. and the bad guys are escalating.

"In the first incident there was a sexual assault. In the second incident it was more violent. In the third incident.. The most recent being Sunday morning was especially brutal and violent." Says Lt. Ernest Garcia.

Police have released composite sketches of the attackers. They range in age from 15-to the mid-twenties. Of the menis covered with tattoos.. some on his arms the number 469 across his chest as well as numerous body tats. They also want to talk to LaTreyvon Rayshon Harris. He is a person of interest but he has not been charged.

These are people police want to get the street before their next attack before this gets even worse. They are already bad enough to make the blood of veteran officers run cold.

"This is probably one of the most brutal and violent cases that we've ever worked. And I'll just leave it at that." Said Garcia.

And while police believe the victims are chosen at random the area where this is occurring is not. .They believe that they live nearby or at least hang around in the area. Bottom line is they know somebody knows something . If that somebody is you call the HPD robbery division at (713) 3080700. or Crime stoppers at (713) 222-tips.
