ATLANTA (AP) - The French Consulate in Atlanta and the Georgia Institute of Technology are teaming up for the fourth year in a row to present events focusing on cooperation between France and the U.S.

The France-Atlanta initiative will include more than 20 French-American events centered on innovation this year. It aims to promote interaction and cooperation between France and the Southeast.

It is set to run from Oct. 23 through Nov. 9 and will include scientific, business, cultural and humanitarian events.

The city of Toulouse in southwestern France plans to send cultural, scientific and economic delegations to promote relationships between the two sister cities.
