14-year old Bailie Key from Montgomery, who won the junior all around title last month at nationals in Hartford, cleaned up this week on the international stage.
She won the all-around title Sunday at a prestigious international event for juniors in Japan and followed that up by winning all four individual events on Monday.
Key trains at Texas dreams in Coppell, which is near Dallas, with her coaches Kim Zmeskal Burdette and her husband Chris.
In 1991 Zmeskal Burdette, who is from Houston, became the first American man or woman, to win the all-around title at worlds.
She competed for the United States in the 1992 Olympic games and helped team USA win the bronze.
Zmeskal Burdette knows what it takes to be an elite gymnast on the world stage and she says Bailie is on her way to earning that distinction.
