EAST POINT, Ga. -

Police are searching for several persons of interest in a brutal attack on an 80-year-old man.  Creston Portis, Jr. suffered numerous injuries including broken cheek bones and a battered face after the September 14 attack.

Portis said that a black Mercedes sedan blocked his Volvo in his driveway. He said that two men got out of the car. Each man then went to a side of his Volvo.

"The one on the passenger side had the weapon and he kept beating on the window telling me to get out of the car," said Portis.

Portis said that when he wouldn't unlock the car, one of the men grabbed a brick and smashed the passenger side window, allowing the other attacker to open the door. The men then dragged Portis out of the car.

"They got me out of the car and then they kind of started whacking me upside the face with that brick," Portis said.

As one man beat him with the brick, Portis said the other intruder went for his wallet.

"Reached and tore my jeans out and got my billfold," Portis said.

East Point police said after the robbery, someone used one of Portis' credit cards at a CITGO gas station less than a mile from his home.

Police said they believe the attack was random.

Note: Police have located the three individuals seen in the video clips above. They are not considered suspects. Three other persons of interests are now being sought: a female who goes by the alias of "Esha," a man known as "Dexter" and a second man known as "Rickey" or "Tray."  They could possibly have been driving a Mercedes Benz SUV.
