South Texas College of Law professor Geoffrey Corn spent Thursday afternoon in the Ft. Hood courtroom where Major Nidal Hasan is on trial for the massacre of soldiers that took place on the Army post in November of 2009. Hasan is charged with multiple counts of premeditated murder, as well as numerous counts of attempted premeditated murder for all of those he allegedly wounded, but they survived.
