The NYPD has found a dismembered body buried in the backyard of a Queens apartment building days after a resident there was reported missing.

Police said they dug up the body Tuesday after noticing fresh dirt in the yard at the Putnam Avenue building in the Ridgewood section.

The body is believed to be Frank Soucie, who was reported missing from that address on Sunday.

DNAinfo.com reported that the son of the victim's girlfriend surrendered to police after Soucie's body was unearthed from the shallow grave.

Derek Tudor surrendered but would not answer questions, according to the report.

Cops also found rubber gloves, ammonia, and a large plastic bin covered in blood on the roof of the building, the AP reported.

Soucie hadn't been seen since April 22, according to a Facebook post by his biological son, who has the same name.
