Authorities in Michigan tracked the suspect to Georgia and notified state authorities, according to George Gordon of the Alpharetta Police Department.
An Alpharetta police lieutenant saw the vehicle and several police unites began a slow speed pursuit on Old Milton Parkway, Gordon said.
Police said that the suspect pulled into a parking lot on Old Milton Parkway at North Point Parkway. As he tried to exit the lot, his vehicle was blocked by normal traffic, Gordon said. As the suspect was surrounded by officers, he shot and killed himself, Gordon said.
