Electing to eat out can be a diet disaster in most cases.  But new data published in both the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal indicate restaurants that offer healthier choices are seeing a spike in sales compared to those that don't.

FOX 26's Natalie Bomke spent some time at Niko Niko's Greek and American cafe, a Houston restaurant that is debuting some new healthier choices.
