Police arrest man for groping teen girl in Queens

The NYPD arrested a man who groped and exposed himself to a teen girl inside a library in Queens.

 56-year-old Hector Troche approached a 15-year-old girl inside the Queens Public Library in Astoria on March 4, grabbed her crotch and exposed his genitals, according to police. Troche fled the location and no injuries were reported. 

Authorities apprehended Troche on Sunday and charged him with Forcible Touching and Public Lewdness.
