Crime Alert: Pellet gun being used to shoot out windows in Cinco Ranch area

A crime alert for those who live in Cinco Ranch.  The Fort Bend County Sheriff's department is asking residents who may know about a suspect or suspects who have been shooting windows out in the Cinco Ranch area.

At least 4 homeowners have that their windows shot out by someone using a pellet gun.  So far, the homes targeted have been in the 5200 block of Winding Shore Lane and the 5200 block of Clear Water Drive.

In all the cases the homeowners reported hearing what sounded like a loud truck or car driving away after their windows shattered.

So far, no injuries have been reported with the vandalism.

The Fort Bend County Sheriff's department will pay up to $5,000 dollars for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect or suspects involved in the vandalism.
