25 arrested across NJ in child porn investigation

Posted: Updated:
NEW JERSEY (MYFOXNY.COM) -

New Jersey authorities have announced the arrests of 24 men and one juvenile in an investigation into the distribution of child pornography.

State officials said Wednesday that each of the men arrested was found with multiple sexually explicit videos of young children and made them available to others.  Some of the videos reportedly contained images of child rape.

Detectives also say they discovered disturbing sexually explicit videos portraying necrophilia and bestiality during searches related to the investigation.

The arrests took place from Feb. 18 to 22 and occurred in more than 10 counties.

Authorities say the seized videos show both boys and girls. They were distributed through emails and file sharing networks.

"Anyone who views and distributes child pornography – particularly the type of child rape videos targeted in this operation – puts himself in league with the predators who sexually assault children to create these videos," said Attorney General Chiesa in a statement.

Officials say five of those arrested had direct contact with young children, including two who were regular baby sitters.

One defendant is a registered sex offender.

Each is charged with second-degree distribution of child porn and fourth-degree possession of child porn.

Police identified the defendants as:  Stephen Rainone, 27, of South Amboy, Jose Holguin, 59, of Fords, Louis Cedeno, 46, of Palisades Park, Alexander Ramirez, 36, of North Plainfield, David Laidlaw, 36, of Hillsdale, Brent Ailiff, 38, of West Berlin, Ernest Okhtenberg, 39, of Fair Lawn, Steven Anan, 52, of Neptune City, Michael Suscreba, 66, of Clifton, Ryan Bronchella, 34, of Clementon, Nil Choudhury, 23, of Margate City, Christopher Brondi, 57, of Rumson, James Engle, 28, of Budd Lake, Manuel Sanchez-Olivarez, 37, of Red Bank, Albert Femiano, 30, of Clark, Duane Bell, 43, of Lawrence, Frank Fiorelli, 61, of Springfield, Giovanni Jimenez, 37, of Trenton, Joseph Lorz, 26, of Bergenfield, William Payton II, 20, of Mount Holly,
