Two Conroe ISD employees charged for improper relationship with - Houston weather, traffic, news | FOX 26 | MyFoxHouston

A Former Conroe ISD Police officer and another district employee are charged with having an inappropriate relationship with a high school student.

Officer Chris Sutton and Brian Ortiz, a referee contracted by the district are accudents of having sexual relations with an 18 year old male student.

Both were arrested on Monday.

If convicted of the second-degree felony.  Sutton and Ortiz could spend up to 20 years in jail and pay a 10-thousand dollar fine.
