The Houston Police Department says it has charged Michael Dale Kroetsch with felony criminal mischief in relation to an Obama mural being vandalized at the Breakfast Klub.
Kroetsch, was the same man tackled by Breakfast Klub owner Marcus Davis on Feburary 18th when he saw him outside his business with a can of paint.
The Houston Police department says it didn't file charges against Kroetsch for that incident because there is nothing against the law about standing outside a business with an open can of paint.
Two previous incidents of the mural being vandalized were caught on survelliance tape. That tape both times was turned over to police after the incidents.
