Three years ago, Stefano Zullien and his family moved from Venezuela to Houston to start a business. Venezuela is famous for its cacao. Zullien took his hometown knowledge and opened Araya Artisan Chocolates on West Gray and later in Katy, where his family hand crafts each piece.
