An upstate man died Friday night while trying clear his driveway.
The New York State Police say the 23-year-old man was using a farm tractor to clear his driveway.
It happened just after 9 p.m. in the Town of Germantown. Police say he went off the edge of the road way, rolling the tractor down a 15 foot embankment.
The unidentified man was transported to Columbia Memorial Hospital were he was pronounced dead.
