Video shows defendant 'flipping off' a judge in court

Anyone who has ever been in a courtroom, or even watched a television show about a courtroom, knows it is a bad idea to be rude to the judge. A woman found out just how bad that idea can be.

Penelope Soto was in a Miami court on a minor drug charge. Video captured in the courtroom shows her laughing and joking as the judge set her bond amount.

Soto's act led the judge to call her back and double her bond ... and that is when things got worse.

The judge sentenced her to 30 days in jail and a $10,000 fine for her actions.
