Did she or didn't she? Speculation Beyonce lip-sync the "Star Spangled Banner"

Did Beyonce lip-sync the "Star Spangled Banner" at Monday's inaugural ceremonies?  Click on the above video and judge for yourself.

The controversy started after a spokesperson for the U.S. Marine Crops band told a ABC News she did lip sync.

However, the Marine Corp quickly revised that statement to say they are not "in a position to assess whether it was live or pre-recorded."

The Marine Corp did say the did not have time to rehearse with the Marine Band before the Inauguration.
