Disturbing discovery: fetus found in clogged toilet

A disturbing discovery by a maintenance man at a Southwest Houston apartment complex.  The man told police he was answering a call about a clogged toilet. 

The man told police it appeared the fetus had been flushed. 

An autopsy report will now be conducted to determine if the fetus had been born and if so the cause of death.

The three women who live in the apartment are being questioned by police.
