Weight loss it seems a New Years resolution for most. But the reality is eye opening: 80% of us will crash and burn.
Where do we get into trouble? FOX Medical expert Dr. Mike Cirigliano says there are four things most of us do wrong.
1. Over estimate how many calories we burn via exercise
2. Under estimate the amount of calories we are taking in with food and drink throughout the day
3. If you don't eat three meals a day, you will NEVER lose weight
4. Sleep deprivation; if you don't get enough sleep you will never lose weight. Lack of sleep throws off the body's hormones that help trigger when you are full
