HOUSTON (FOX 26) -
A 19 year old man is dead after an violent argument with his mother. The Harris County Sheriff's office says Phillip Vanshawn Apostolo exchanged words with his mother at their North Harris County home on Sandydale Lane sometime on Monday.
The mother told investigators that during the first confrontation the 19 year old pushed her. A short time later a second argument between the pair started. According to investigators the Mother than shot the teen in the head as he sat on the couch.
Apostolo died at the scene. At this hour, murder charges are pending against the mother.
