A four month old little girl missing since Friday has been found safe and reunited with her mother.

Pasadena Police say little Kaitlyn Lavios was taken from a child care facility on Friday by her Grandmother.

Pasadena Police say the Grandmother was specifically named on a list at the child care facility of adults who were not authorized to pick up Kaitlyn.

The case has been referred to the Pasadena District Attorney to see if any criminal charges will be filed.
