HOUSTON (FOX 26) -
An Ohio man is behind bars without bond on accusations of possession thousands of child pornographic images.
Montgomery County investigators said Shane Trumble, 23, moved to the area in June 2012 but did not register as a sex offender. Wednesday night, Precinct 4 Deputy Constables arrested Shane in New Caney and searched his trailer.
"Once we executed a search warrant, we found 20 gigabytes of what we believe to be child pornography. We found a small trash receptacle that appeared to have 30 pairs of panties. It's not unusual."
Shane faces four counts of possession of child pornography.
He lived in that trailer with his grandmother who is also facing charges.
Deputy Constables said Cynthia Trumble, 62, pointed a gun at them and threatened to shoot as they tried to execute the warrant.
After a brief standoff, they arrested her. It turns out she was armed with a BB gun.
Cynthia is charged with interfering with public duties.
