Student brings unloaded gun to school, Magnolia school says - Houston weather, traffic, news | FOX 26 | MyFoxHouston

Administrators at a Magnolia Elementary School say a student brought an unloaded gun to school on Wednesday.
The weapon was found inside the student's backpack at Lyon Elementary.
In a letter sent home to parents, the school's principal says there's no indication the student planned to use the gun.
The Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constable's Office is investigating.
