Bush spokesman says he's rooting for Aggies, Texans from hospital bed

HOUSTON (FOX 26) -

Former president George HW Bush is not letting his ongoing hospital stay stop him from rooting for his favorite teams.

The former president has been in Methodist Hospital since the day after Thanksgiving for a bronchitis-related cough.

His spokesman says the 88-year-old enjoyed watching both Texas A&M and the Houston Texans win over the weekend.
