HOUSTON (FOX 26) -
The Cotton Bowl took on a special meaning for one Houston family.
Michael and Angela Dina attended an outdoor viewing party as Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel wore a bracelet in honor of their five-year-old son Charlie who is fighting a rare form of cancer.
The wristbands come from a foundation started by family friends called "Charlie's Angels".
Manziel started wearing one of the bracelets a few months ago after he heard about Charlie's plight.
The Dina family says the prognosis for their son is good.
