Construction crews getting back to work after the long holiday with plenty of closures scheduled around town. Here's a few of the highlights:
-- US-290 NORTHWEST Eastbound Exit Ramp to MANGUM RD. Total Closure. Closed nightly 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM from Thursday, December 27 to Sunday, December 30. Detour EB to IH 610 SB exit Old Katy u-turn enter IH 610 NB exit 290 WB exit Mangum. W Eastbound and westbound Frontage Road at 34TH ST. 1 Inside Lane(s). Closed nightly 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM from Thursday, December 27 to Sunday, December 30. ONLY u-turn will be closed frontage road will be open. Detour through the intersection.
-- BELTWAY 8-NORTH Westbound at ALDINE WESTFIELD RD. Total Closure. Closed overnight from 9:00 PM, Thursday, December 27 to 5:00 AM, Friday, December 28. Detour to Aldine Westfield Exit and re-enter the freeway at the next on ramp.
