Rockets Lin, Harden spread holiday cheer to families in need

HOUSTON (FOX 26) -

Houston Rockets guard Jeremy Lin is giving back this holiday season.

Lin and his family treated 25 children to breakfast and a shopping spree at Toys "R" Us.

The children were selected by the Rockets charity partners, who help disadvantaged families.

And fellow Rocket James Harden is also helping families.

Harden hosted five Houston area families for a shopping spree at a super target.

He took his nephews along to teach them the importance of helping others.
