HOUSTON (FOX 26) -
A former Atascocita High School tennis coach is charged with sexual assault of a child and child pornography.
According to court documents, 43-year-old Taylor McClain drove two students from a tennis fundraiser in Harris County to a haunted house back in October.
The 15-year-old student told investigators she saw McClain have sex with the 16-year-old student in the backseat of his car.
He then asked her if she wanted to join in and she refused.
Later on, he sent the girl a text message of the other student engaging in a sex act.
The girl then reported him.
Humble ISD officials say McClain resigned Nov. 9 amid the district's investigation.
