A father is charged with murder for his daughter's death.

Witnesses tell investigators 40-year-old Roberto Trevino was driving his SUV on 610 South Loop near Telephone Road Friday afternoon.  

He suddenly swerved into the grass, then tried to re-enter the freeway but lost control and his SUV rolled over.

Four-year-old Chloe Trevino was thrown from the vehicle and died from the scene.
