CPS gives 20 children a special shopping spree

HOUSTON (FOX 26) -

A special shopping spree near the Heights Thursday.

Twenty children selected by Child Protective Services were paired with Houston Police officers, then set free in a Target store.

The company gave them all $100 gift cards and allowed them to roam the aisles picking out items on their wish lists.
