A man in northwest Harris County is charged with criminal trespassing. Deputies say he showed up at a woman's apartment naked.
Investigators say 24-year-old Andrew Abernathy broke into a unit at the Morningside Green Apartments on Hammond Sunday morning.
The woman asked Abernathy to leave several times.
Deputies arrested him at the front gate.
The woman was not injured.
