Man charged in fatal dog-stomping incident - Houston weather, traffic, news | FOX 26 | MyFoxHouston

A convicted felon was arrested and will face a judge after he was charged in the intentional stomping death of a dog.

Richard Henry Ziedler, 56, was charged with cruelty to non-livestock animals. He was arrested in a Katy-area neighborhood on Sunday.

Ziedler was convicted of possession of a controlled substance in January 1990 and driving while intoxicated in September 1994.
