Police arrested a man in connection with the fatal push of a 58-year-old man in front of a train in Manhattan's Times Square on Monday afternoon.

Police charged Naemm Davis, 30, with murder a day after picking him up for questioning.

Video of the incident showed the suspect, believed to be Davis, yelling at the victim before the deadly push.

He yelled, "Leave me the **** alone" to the victim.  A short time later the man ended up on the tracks and was hit.

The incident took place at the 7th Ave. and 49th St. Station at about 12:30 p.m.

"People were in shock and scared," one witness said shortly after the incident.

The victim, identified as Ki-Suk Han of Elmhurst, Queens, was hit by a southbound R-train.  He was rushed to St. Luke's - Roosevelt Hospital but it was too late.

Han's widow told the New York Post on Tuesday that the couple had argued before the tragedy.  She tried to call him after their 11 a.m. fight but he never picked up.

Witnesses say the suspect ran away after the incident.
