Man charged with rape now charged in deadly accident

HOUSTON (FOX 26) -

A man already charged with rape is now accused in a deadly drunk driving accident.

Houston Police say Asif Aejaz crashed his car into a fence near Willowbrook Mall Thursday morning.

One of his passengers died.

Aejaz is charged with intoxication manslaughter.

He was charged last month with sexual assault of an adult and improper photography for an alleged attack on a woman.
