
An automobile dealership employee surrendered to police after a sales manager was shot at the business, Houston police have confirmed.
The manager, who police did not identify, and the employee, identified as Keith Edward Grimmett, 49, were involved in an argument at Mac Haik Chevrolet on the Katy Freeway in west Houston when the manager was shot on Friday morning, FOX 26 News has learned.
Grimmett surrendered after he contacted police and met with them. An aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge is pending against him.
The manager, a 30-year-old man, suffered one gunshot wound and was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital - Texas Medical Center.
