As proof, they are posting images of the tickets online. The odds of winning are one in 175 million.

"The FCC regulates how stations can do giveaways," Tritico said. "I'm sure they are following that, but there's no contract between the station and the listener. That doesn't mean the feds won't take umbrage to them not following through."
In other words, they don't have to pay you, but they could lose their license.
