Rockets Francis helps families enjoy the holidays

HOUSTON (FOX 26) -

A hundred families in need will enjoy the holidays thanks to former Houston Rocket Steve Francis.

Through his foundation and the Houston Food Bank, Francis passed out turkeys, complete with all the trimmings at Evangelistic Restoration Church in Sunnyside.

Since 2005, Francis has provided meals for more than 5,000 families in Houston, Orlando and Washington D.C.
