We have a follow up to a story about a serial sex offender who failed to register.
Friday, William David Kelley was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
Kelley was released from prison in 2010 after serving a 20-year sentence for attacking real estate agent Pam Lychner.
After 10 months, he stopped telling officials where he was living.
"He's a career violent habitual sexual predator who every time he's been released from prison has went on to further his criminal career, usually in a more violent pattern from sexual assaults to kidnappings," victims advocate Andy Kahan said.
Prosecutors were seeking a sentence of 99-years in this case, which would have been a record for a "failure to register" charge.
