Jessica Tata's siblings come to her defense

Family members of Jessica Tata take the stand as defense attorneys put on their case in the punishment phase of the day care owner's trial.

Tata's brother testified his sister told him she was in the bathroom when a fire started in her home, killing four children.

Tata's sister said Tata was not trying to escape when she flew to Nigeria after the fire.  Her sister said Tata had purchased a round-trip ticket.

A jury convicted Tata of murder.  She could get life in prison.
