Tomball nurse accused of shaking, beating son

HOUSTON (FOX 26) -

A Tomball nurse is accused of shaking and beating his three-month-old son.

Michael Iglesia, 42, is charged with injury to a child.

Investigators said he beat his son while his wife was at work in September. The next day, his wife noticed something was wrong with the baby and took him to the hospital.

A pediatrician found the baby had a skull fracture and severe brain damage.
